4 – Accepted Payment Methods
Business Tax In UAE accepts Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, as well as bank or wire transfers for online transactions. If requested, the card used for payment must be presented during processing. If the cardholder is not the client, Business Tax In UAE requires the following documents for verification:
- A signed and attested copy of both sides of the credit/debit card, authorising its use for the transaction.
- The copy must clearly state the client’s name, the transaction date, and the purpose of payment.
- Valid ID or passport copies of both the client and the cardholder must be provided.
If these requirements are not met, Business Tax In UAE reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
5 – Liability Disclaimer for Card Use
Business Tax In UAE will not be liable for any kind of unauthorised use of a Credit/Debit Card. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Tax In UAE against any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that comes from unauthorised Credit/Debit Card use on this website.
6 – Banking Relationships
Business Tax In UAE is not liable for any issues arising from your relationship with your bank or card issuer. You are responsible for understanding the fees, terms, and conditions set by your financial institution.
7 – Refunds & Suspended Transactions
If a customer makes an advance or partial payment but does not provide the required documents to complete the tax or corporate service, the transaction will remain on hold until the necessary documents are submitted.
Clients may request a refund within seven (7) working days from the original payment date. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting administrative charges, processing fees, or any expenses already incurred for the service.
8 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
